Operations and Maintenance deal with daily observations of the local water plants, with samples taken from each plant at regulated intervals. Samples are then sent through testing operations to ensure safe amounts of chorine and other possible sediments are safe for human consumption. If these are outside safe barriers, a boil advisory is then sent to the Community or Affected Communities.
Every other week O&M will do garbage runs through both IR #1 and #3, these garbage runs are then taken to the local dump. Garbage runs take place on Mondays with pick ups in IR #3 occurring at 9 AM and are conducted as a regular interval process as well, providing maintenance of the IRs. However, if a Community Member requires the Transfer Station opened they will need to contact the Operations and Maintenance office to set up an appointment to have it opened by 2 PM so it can close by 3 PM, check on our Events Calendar for updates on O&M works.
